cancellation.

48 hours, before downloading code.

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of a Yearly purchase, annual renewal, Lifetime purchase, or Yearly-to-Lifetime upgrade, provided you have not downloaded code from the shader library. Once code has been downloaded, discretionary refunds are unavailable.

Email info@striktly.com with your account email and receipt or transaction reference. Never send your full card number.

After 48 hours, or once code has been downloaded, payments are generally non-refundable and unused membership time is not prorated. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. Contact us about duplicate or unauthorized charges, access failures, or a service that does not work as described.

Cancel future renewals anytime.

Yearly costs USD $99 per year, plus applicable tax, and renews annually until canceled. Cancel through Account → Manage billing. If you cannot access your account, email us for help. There is no cancellation fee.

Cancellation without a refund keeps access through your paid period. An approved full refund of a Yearly charge removes access funded by that charge and stops future renewals. Earlier valid paid time, if any, is unaffected.

Lifetime and upgrades.

Lifetime costs USD $249 once, plus applicable tax. It includes current and future additions to the core shader library without recurring payment or membership expiration; it does not automatically include unrelated future services or custom work.

A Yearly-to-Lifetime upgrade charges the full Lifetime price with no prorated credit. Once payment is verified, future Yearly renewals stop. A Lifetime refund removes Lifetime access and does not automatically restart Yearly billing. Remaining access from an earlier, unrefunded Yearly payment continues through its paid period.

After an approved refund.

Refunds return to the original payment method, including tax refundable on that transaction. Bank processing times vary.

Your account and saved configurations remain available. New exports require remaining valid paid access. Rights already granted by the licenses included with previously downloaded code, including MIT and CC0, remain in effect.
