Terms of service.

These terms describe your account, membership and use of the shader library. Contact info@striktly.com with questions.

Who provides the service.

Striktly LLC operates Striktly at striktly.com. You can contact us at info@striktly.com. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and the refund and cancellation policy. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Explore, save and export.

You can browse and preview the shader library for free. Preset, palette and camera settings are available for free. Advanced customization settings require an active Yearly or Lifetime membership. A free account can save up to three configurations. An active Yearly or Lifetime membership enables viewing and exporting code and removes the free saved-configuration limit, subject to reasonable technical and security limits.

Keep your sign-in email and sessions secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share membership credentials or bypass payment or access controls.

Yearly membership.

Yearly costs USD $99 per year, plus applicable tax. It renews automatically each year until canceled. Your receipt and checkout show the amount due. Cancel future renewal through Account → Manage billing, or contact support if you cannot access your account.

Cancellation has no fee and retains access through the unrefunded paid period. Failed renewals do not extend paid access. Expiration does not delete your account or saved configurations. We will disclose a renewal-price change before it applies so you can cancel before renewal.

Lifetime membership and upgrades.

Lifetime costs USD $249 once at launch, plus applicable tax. The planned future price is $499; that is not a claim of a previous selling price. Lifetime includes current and future additions to the core shader library without recurring payments or membership expiration. It does not automatically include unrelated future products, services or custom work.

Upgrading from Yearly charges the full Lifetime price with no prorated credit. We stop future annual renewals only after the Lifetime payment is verified. A Lifetime refund does not automatically restart annual billing. Remaining unrefunded Yearly paid time is retained.

Payments, refunds and disputes.

Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Access is granted after verified payment. A checkout return page alone does not establish membership. Keep your billing information current and review the final checkout before paying.

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of a purchase, renewal or upgrade if you have not downloaded code. Once code is downloaded, discretionary refunds are unavailable. The full policy explains exceptions, cancellation and mandatory consumer rights. Full refunds remove access funded by the refunded payment; partial refunds retain access. A disputed payment may suspend the affected paid access until resolved in your favor.

Licenses for downloaded code.

Use of exported code is governed by the licenses included with that code. Current kits include the MIT license and relevant CC0 provenance notices. You may use, modify and distribute covered materials as those licenses permit, including in commercial and client projects. Preserve notices where required.

Membership buys access to the supported library and export service. Ending membership or receiving a refund does not revoke rights already granted under MIT, CC0 or other applicable included licenses. These terms do not override those licenses or impose additional restrictions on the rights they grant. You remain responsible for third-party assets you add.

Your configurations and images.

You retain your rights in images and other content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content only as needed to provide the features you request, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.

Local uploads and drafts remain in your browser until a requested export sends embedded images to the export function. Cloud saves omit embedded images with your confirmation. Remote image URLs are stored as references and may stop working if their source or permissions change. Keep independent copies of important configurations and exported files.

Acceptable use and service changes.

Do not attack the service, access other users’ data, distribute malicious content, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable rate and payload limits protect service availability. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Contact support to question a restriction.

We may update the library and service. Internet, browser, graphics hardware and third-party service differences can affect rendering and availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or identical results on every device. If a change materially affects a paid commitment or the service does not work as described, contact us; applicable rights and remedies remain available.

Account closure and support.

You can request account deletion or a copy of your account data at info@striktly.com. We verify ownership before acting. Cancel annual renewal separately through the billing portal or ask us to help; signing out or clearing browser storage does not cancel billing.

Account deletion removes cloud configurations and account access. It does not erase exported files on your devices or override financial-record retention duties. We handle verified deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must retain for billing, legal or dispute purposes.

Responsibility and changes to these terms.

The service and code have technical limitations; evaluate exported code for your intended use and retain backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. No mandatory consumer right is waived.

Material updates to these terms will be posted with a new effective date and communicated through the account email or service as appropriate before taking effect. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already granted by included code licenses. Contact info@striktly.com to resolve a concern.
